I call bs man. Teach it fly and earthquake, it'll work. You can breed for those moves, it just takes awhile.

It's totes possible, you just have to chain breed the right Pokemon in the right order. My Agumon couldn't learn flamethrower, so I breed Arcanine with Dinolfos and then with a slime to have it learn flamethrower.

Buckets are the worst addition to this game too. I can't stand getting splatted by a bucket bitch, pieces of shit, fuck i'm getting mad just thinking about buckets of paint. I even hate having them on my team, this is pure hate.
